  Dear Ulysses,

   

  I acknowledge receipt of Employee Assembly Resolution 8: In Support of DACA Students & Foreign Nationals at Cornell University. As you graciously note in your resolution, on December 22 I responded to the petition in a communication to all Cornell students, faculty and staff.  

   

  There is not a single office or individual for staff to contact to address the various issues that may arise for DACA students. Rather, I refer you to the list of resources and support services that are available and are listed below my statement at:  http://statements.cornell.edu/2017/20170129-immigration-exec-order.cfm . 

   

  I very much appreciate that staff want to provide support to DACA students and thank the Employee Assembly for this thoughtful resolution.
