    Dear David,
     
    Thank you for conveying resolutions 10 and 11 to President Pollack. I wanted to let you know that she will be unable to respond within the 30-day timeframe. We are also working on resolutions 5, 7 and 8 and hope to have responses to all to you as soon as available.
