  At the end of the GPSA year, all unused funds are transferred to a reserve fund. There is currently a substantial amount of funds in the reserve account, with no official mechanisms to draw down from this account.

  This resolution creates a mechanism that allows GPSA members to propose resolutions that would allow for the use of funds from the GPSA reserve fund.
