Dear President Pollack,
It is my pleasure to convey to you Resolution #5: Approval of Rules for the Ivy+ Student Group.
The Ivy+ Summit is an annual meeting of Graduate & Professional Student (GPS) Representative bodies of the Ivy+ schools where we have very productive discussions and share solutions for important issues facing the GPS body at our schools.
Members of this informal gathering take turns to host the summit every year. However, due to a lack of formal structure surrounding decision making, coupled with a recent addition of a member school with a campus that members must fly to for potential future meetings, we have come up with rules regarding hosting rights to ensure that current members can continue attending all future meetings. This resolution approves this rule that member schools discussed in our last meeting held at Cornell.
Sincerely,
Ekarina Winarto, GPSA President
