Dear President Pollack,It is my pleasure to convey Resolution 6: On the Proposed Changes to the Student Code of Conduct The GPSA expresses its dissatisfaction with the process of changing the Student Code of Conduct, lists several concerns, and notes several changes it supports. This resolution was presented to the GPSA in our most recent meeting by a petition of over 100 graduate and professional students. Also, the GPSA benefited greatly from all those who have attended our meetings to speak on the issues, especially Associate Judicial Administrator Christina Liang, Judicial Codes Counselor Marisa O’Gara, and all the members of the UA Codes and Judicial Committee. At the GPSA, we recognize that the Code revisions have been a long overdue process that is nearing its eventual conclusion. At this juncture, the assembly wishes that the opinions contained here will be seriously considered in the deliberations on the final product.Furthermore, I would like to express my thanks for your presentation in our meeting two weeks ago. We greatly appreciate the time you have given to answer our questions, and we look forward to the next time we can meet again. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have questions or concerns.Respectfully Submitted,David Dunham
