Amending the GPSA Finance Commission Summer Funding Deadlines

• Abstract: Existing GPSAFC funding deadlines limit the ability of student organizations to fund planned summer events. Rewriting the bylaws and changing funding cycles to provide more opportunities to receive funding allows student organizations to host a variety of events. This resolution specifically rewrites section 3.07 of the GPSA bylaws to create an emergency rolling summer funding cycle that is accessible to graduate and professional organizations across Cornell University
