Hello President Kotlikoff,
I am pleased to share with you SA Resolution 10: Enhancing Campus Safety, which passed by a vote of 14-0-1. This resolution proposes that every on-campus housing unit at Cornell be equipped with fentanyl test strips, Xylazine test strips, date-rape drug testing kits, and Naloxone spray (Narcan). Further, the resolution specifies persons in each housing unit to be trained on the usage of the aforementioned.
The whole of the Assembly was very engaged through the drafting and editing process of this resolution and our committees look forward to moving forward with implementation as soon as possible.
