Abstract: This resolution implements the recommendations from the Student Assembly Office of Ethics’ Proposal for Resolving Governing Document Conflict and Establishing a Consistent Method for Presidential Succession in the Student Assembly. These recommendations select a President of the Student Assembly via analysis of Robert’s Rules of Order, the Charter, the Bylaws, and arguments presented to the Office of Ethics and outline future steps for stabilizing presidential succession.
