Whereas, on February 23, 2025, the total amount in the Student Assembly Reserve Accounts was $61,577.57;
Whereas, on February 23, 2025, in accordance with the 2024-25 Student Assembly Budget, the Special Projects Sub-Account Balance is at a value of -$3,192.72;
Whereas, the transfer of $10,000 to the Special Projects Account would replenish these funds to a value of $6,807.28;
Whereas, the transfer of $10,000 from the Reserve Account would leave a balance of $51,577.57;
Be it therefore resolved, the Student Assembly grants this request and approves the transfer of $10,000 to the Special Projects Funding in order to further meet funding requests.
