  Dear President Skorton,
  
  I would like to convey Resolution 45: Regarding the Proposed Final Exam Schedule to you. It was sponsored by our VP for Internal Operations Matthew Henderson.
  
  The resolution calls for the Registrar to follow the algorithm for final exam scheduling that minimizes back to back exams for students. While direct conflicts are stressful for students, we believe that most professors are willing to accommodate for direct conflicts rather than back to back examinations, and as such, SA members believed that this option would make finals less stressful for more students. This appendix also guided SA members as they were discussing this recommendation.
  
  This vote was conveyed to Cassie earlier in February, but I also wanted to inform you of the discussion that the Assembly had.
