Dear Cat,As you know, Joe Anderson conveyed to me Resolution 47: Guaranteeing Centralized Housing for All Transfer Students. I appreciate the Student Assembly’s desire to address the needs of Cornell’s transfer student community. It is the hope and intent of Student and Campus Life administration to fulfill all housing applications submitted by transfer students once the North Campus Residential Expansion is complete. However, given the unknown impacts of our planned enrollment increases and the implementation of a two-year residency requirement beginning next fall, we cannot guarantee that outcome at this time.Sincerely,Martha PollackMartha E.
