Dear Cat,My thanks to Joe Anderson for conveying to me Student Assembly Resolution 48: Calling for the Extension of Cornell Health Services to Students Forcibly Withdrawn from the University for Non-Disciplinary Matters. I appreciate the Student Assembly’s concern for these students but do want to note that state laws may limit our ability to provide services to people who are no longer considered students. I will ask Vice President Lombardi to evaluate this further with the Cornell Health team, understanding that for the immediate future their efforts must be fully focused on supporting our community during this pandemic.Sincerely,Martha PollackMartha E.
