    Dear Zora,

Thank you for conveying SA R58: Protecting Student Programming Against Censorship. I support and will continue to support student-led programming. In situations where the university must ensure programming compliance with university policy, or in which the university must contract with a third party for the programming to occur, the university appropriately maintains the opportunity to review and modify the decision to ensure we fulfill our obligation to protect the institution and its constituents.

This opportunity for review is particularly important when events are specifically designed with the entire community in mind.

    Sincerely,

    Michael Kotlikoff
