Whereas, the Campus Pulse committee is tasked in the Student Assembly Bylaws with creating student programming to combat discrimination on-campus,
Whereas, the LGBTQIA+ Representative and the Women’s Issues Representative have reserved seats on the committee,
Whereas, the Students with Disabilities Representative does not have a reserved seat on the committee,
Whereas, Article X: Amendments of the Student Assembly Bylaws reads:
“These bylaws may be amended at any regular meeting of the assembly by a two-thirds vote of the members present, provided that the amendment has been submitted in writing at the previous regular meeting. Amendments may be presented to the assembly by voting members and by community petition with at least 100 Cornell undergraduate student signatures.”
