  Whereas, the Cornell Greek Community is a 501(c)(7) non-profit account, shared by the Interfraternity Council (IFC), the Panhellenic Council (PHC), and the Multicultural Greek Fraternal Council (MGFC),
  Whereas, the Cornell Greek Community account totaled approximately $695,000 in 2024, according to publicly available information,
  Whereas, the last tax filing for the Cornell Greek Community was from fiscal year ending in June 2024,
  Whereas, Greek organizations on-campus face unprecedented financial strain, and increased access to the Cornell Greek Community account could reduce financial pressures upon organizations,
  Whereas, ensuring strong connections and involvement from IFC, PHC, and MGFC with the Cornell Greek Community account could promote financial health for Greek organizations,
  Be it therefore resolved, the Student Government Assembly receive more updated tax records, if filed,
  Be it further resolved, the Student Governance Assembly receive information regarding the involvement of IFC, PHC, and MGFC leaders with the Cornell Greek Community account,
