Dear President Kotlikoff,
I am emailing to convey SA R80: Transferring Funds to Cornell Minds Matter for Light Up the Season. This resolution transfers funds from the Student Assembly reserve account to Cornell Minds Matter for the purpose of funding infrastructure for their annual Light Up the Season event in the 2026-27 and 2027-28 winters!
