Prior to becoming a candidate:

1. Review the details for the open seats listed above to determine the race in which you will run.
2. Review the Election Rules to ensure your eligibility.
3. Complete the online registration form.
   1. Include a 1250 character (maximum) Candidate Statement
   2. Attach a photo (or have one taken of you)
4. You are encouraged to attend at least one Student Assembly meeting held weekly on Thursdays from 4:45 pm to 6:30 pm in the Memorial Room (Willard Straight Hall) or virtually via Zoom.

Registration Closes

• Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. (EST)

Mandatory Candidate Meeting

• Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 6:45-7:45 p.m. The location will be provided to all registered candidates.

Campaigning Opens

• Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 8:00 p.m.

Voting Begins

• ​​Monday, November 3, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (EST)
• All Freshman and Transfer Students will receive a ballot.

Voting and Campaigning End

• Monday, November 10, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (EST)

Objection/Challenge Review Period

• Monday, November 10-Wednesday, November 12

Earliest Results Will Be Announced
