It is my pleasure to convey to you Student Assembly Resolution #21: Amending and Ratifying the Student Assembly Bylaws.    This resolution amends and ratifies the Student Assembly Bylaws. Notable amendments include: creating separate ex-officio positions for the different Tri-Council constituencies and creating a Student Athlete ex-officio position.   The resolution was approved by a vote of 15-6-1.    Thank you.
