SA R52 (2014-2015): Accepted by the President

Dear Sarah,

Thank you for sharing Resolution 52: Resolution for SAFC Discretion in Eligibility Appeals with me. I think the exception for unforeseen circumstances is a good addition to the SAFC guidelines, and do not have any concerns with these changes.

Regards,

David Skorton

UA R3 (2014-2015): Acknowledged by the President

Dear Jim,

Thank you for submitting UA R3, Response to the President’s Request for “Limited, Voluntary Advance Notice.” I appreciate both the University Assembly’s consideration of the Codes and Judicial Committee’s recommendation and the CJC’s efforts to earnestly examine this issue as it relates to the policy provisions of the Campus Code of Conduct and the CJC’s own understanding of the Code’s “spirit and purposes.”

SA R42 (2014-2015): Accepted by the President

Dear Sarah,

I appreciate the feedback and recommendations regarding the student services available during February break, as communicated in Resolution 42. By copy of this e-mail, I am sharing your recommendations with Gail Finan, director of Cornell Dining, Jennifer Gudaz, director of Cornell Fitness Centers, and University Librarian Anne Kenney. Some of these offices already collect data; you may want to connect with them to see what they know.

Regards,

David Skorton
