The resolution recommends changes to Appendix A, as are outlined in the attachment to this email.Â

It is my duty to convey to you U.A. Resolution 3, "Response to the President's Request for "Limited, Voluntary Advance Notice."

This issue was earnestly examined at length, and with due diligence, by the U.A.'s Codes and Judicial Committee and ultimately it was their unanimous recommendation that this concept should not be incorporated into the Campus Code of Conduct.
