I hope this email finds you well. It is my pleasure to convey to you GPSA Resolution #14 Support for Faculty Senate proposed Resolution: Inclusion and Prioritization of a New Natatorium in the 'Do the Greatest Good' Capital Campaign

 

This resolution supports the inclusion and prioritization of a new natatorium in the "Do the Greatest Good" Capital Campaign. 

 

SA R49 (2021-2022): Conveyed to the President

Dear President Pollack, 

 

It is my pleasure to convey to you SA Resolution #49:Cornell Civic Holiday.

 

This resolution advocates for the creation of the Cornell Civic Holiday in which all university activities would be suspended to create a day of service and civic engagement. Such Holiday would occur every Election Day, beginning in 2024.

It is my pleasure to convey to you SA Resolution #47: Continuing the Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship

 

This resolution allows for the Diversity Committee to distribute their funds amongst minority organizations in the form of a scholarship.

 

The resolution was adopted by the assembly in a vote of 22-0-2.

It is my pleasure to convey to you SA Resolution #46: Support of a New Natatorium (Pool) in the 'Do the Greatest Good' Campaign.

 

This resolution calls for Supporting the Faculty Senates Resolution on a New Natatorium (pool facility) to be included in the ‘Do the Greatest Good’ Campaign, overall increasing the access and equity of one of Cornell’s central facilities of physical recreation.

It is my pleasure to convey to you SA Resolution #52: Extending Petitioning Deadline.

 

This resolution reopens petitions for the Spring 2022 Student Assembly Elections for all vacant positions.

It is my pleasure to convey to you SA Resolution #53: Expanding Printer Access on North Campus

 

This resolution calls for the expansion of the Cornell Information Technology Office’s CU Print program to increase coverage on North Campus and install more printers.

It is my pleasure to convey to you Employee Assembly Resolution #4: Support for Faculty Senate Proposed Resolution: Inclusion and Prioritization of a New Natatorium in the ‘To Do the Greatest Good’ Capital Campaign.

 

This resolution supports the resolution of the Faculty Senate regarding the prioritization of a new natatorium in the capital campaign.
