GPSA R5 (2019-2020): Acknowledged by the President
Dear Andy,
Thank you for conveying to me Resolution 5: Support of the Development and Implementation of a Cornell Campus Circulator System. Although I acknowledge the very real concerns of the GPSA around campus accessibility, parking, and sustainable transportation, I am unable to accept the resolution as written. I can, however, commit to continuing efforts to address many of the concerns you raise.
As you are aware, the COVID-19 crisis has resulted in budget issues across the campus.
GPSA R8 (2019-2020): Accepted by the President
Dear Andy,
Thank you for conveying to me GPSA Resolution 8: A Resolution to Adopt the Graduate and Professional Community Initiative. I know that preparing this document required many hours of hard work, and I appreciate the foundation it lays for strategic progress in the coming years.

Dean Knuth’s advocacy and leadership on behalf of Cornell’s graduate and professional students have been a driving force for positive change over the past 10 years. Of particular note, she took steps to enhance the structures of shared governance by strengthening the connections between the GPSA and the Graduate School leadership. Adding two student members with voting rights to the Graduate School’s General Committee
