GPSA R8 (2016-2017): Amended
M. Munasinghe originally motioned to amend line 97 to place "Democrats," in front of "Republicans". E. Case then motioned to amend the amendment, and replace "Democrats, Republicans and third-party" with "Political". The amendment to the amendment passed 14-0-4.
UA R1 (2016-2017): Conveyed to the President
Dear Interim President Rawlings,
It is my pleasure to convey to you UA Resolution #1: Updating and Clarifying University Assembly Charter and Bylaws, sponsored by Ranking Member Rina Winarto.
By a vote of 14-0-1, the UA approved amendments to two sections of our Charter, 4.1 and 5.3. Importantly, if approved, this Charter would entail that each constituent assembly receives an equal number of seats on the University Assembly: five. Additionally, it allows the constituent assembly to decide whether it wants to appoint members for one or two years.

Dear Gabe,
Thank you for submitting UA Resolution 4 – “2016-2017 Cornell University Campus Code of Conduct Update Part 2: Accepting Recommendations from Outdoor Space Working Group.” I am appreciative that you did consider resubmitting this portion of last year’s omnibus resolution, UA R9, so this segment of the Campus Code of Conduct could be considered separately.
