| Abstract | Ph.D. Students at Cornell Tech (PACT) is seeking establishment as a representative organization for all Ph.D. Students studying at the Cornell Tech campus in New York City. Due to the Ithaca-centric nature of the current guidelines, some parts of the guidelines need to be clarified or amended for PACT to operate. These changes apply to PACT only and do not alter the GPSAFC Guidelines for organizations in general. |
