  Hello President Kotlikoff,

   

  I am happy to inform you about the passage of the Graduate and Professional Student Assembly - Resolution 15 (2024-2025): Updating Appendix A and Appendix B. This resolution amends GPSA’s Appendix A and Appendix B for a more concise and readable governing document that better reflects the financial operations and agreements of the GPSA. This has been a big project for GPSA. While we do believe more amendments may be needed, Appendix A and B have not been updated in almost half a decade. This resolution serves to be a monumental first step for the GPSA in achieving greater functionality in its governing documents.
