• Abstract: This resolution amends GPSA’s Appendix A and Appendix B for a more concise and readable governing document that better reflects the financial operations and agreements of the GPSA.

  Whereas, GPSA’s Appendix A and Appendix B have not been updated in a wholistic and meaningful way for several years.

  
  Whereas, a charge led by Dean Marla Love has been given to both the Undergraduate Student Assemby (SA) and GPSA to update their respective bylaws in non-fee setting years

  Whereas, GPSA has neglected to fulfil said charge over the past years 

  Be it therefore resolved that the Graduate and Professional Student Assembly adopt the newly revised Appendix A and Appendix B put forth in the attached document
