Dear President Kotlikoff,
Please find attached Resolution 3: Introducing a Mechanism for Ensured Engagement and Outreach by Members of the Student Assembly. This resolution amends Section 10 of the Student Assembly Charter to establish a points-based system for tracking constituent outreach, requiring each voting member to earn five points per semester, with enforcement measures for non-compliance.
