    Dear President Kotlikoff,

    I write to convey SA R42: A Resolution Enacting the Enforcement of Resolution 9. With reference to SA R9, this resolution draws attention to the Student Assembly Charter, which states "The University President may also request reconsideration of legislation proposed by the Assembly. Such a request must be filed within thirty days of notification of the legislation." 

    Per the Resolution, I am obligated to further communicate on the subject of Resolution 42, which I will do later in this email chain.
