Dear President Kotlikoff,
I am emailing to convey SA R77: Improving Communication from Housing & Residential Life to Students About Building-Wide Maintenance Issues. This resolution highlights the lack of status updates regarding building-wide maintenance issues that affect student life in residence halls. The Student Assembly suggests biweekly email communication and a webpage from Housing & Residential Life that provide residents with an estimated time of completion and status updates.
