GPSA R15 (2025-2026): Conveyed to the President

I am pleased to convey GPSA R15: Recommendation for the revisions to GPSAFC Guidelines. This resolution amends the GPSAFC Funding Guidelines such that they are current with the organization's practices for review, approval, and disbursement of funding to student organizations.

I am pleased to convey GPSA R13: Updating Appendix A and Appendix BThis resolution amends GPSA's Appendix A and Appendix B for a more concise and updated governing document that better reflects the financial operations and agreements of GPSA.

GPSA R13 (2025-2026): Updating Appendix A and Appendix B

Whereas, Organizations receiving funding directly from the graduate and professional student activity fee (GPSAF) are called byline-funded organizations.

Whereas, GPSAF is distributed for the greater good of graduate students through byline organizations. 

Whereas, GPSA charter directs the Vice President of Finance to maintain all aspects of the student activity fee, including review of the GPSA Byline Allocation Procedures.
