  • Abstract: This resolution amends the GPSAFC Funding Guidelines are current with the organization’s practices for review, approval, and disbursement of funding to student organizations.

    Whereas, the Graduate and Professional Student Assembly (GPSA) is required to inform graduate students of relevant funding procedures such that student organizations are able to access funds made available for their use. 

    Whereas, all events using funding allocated by the GPSAFC must adhere to the University’s Policy 4.8, Alcohol and Other Drugs. 

    Whereas, GPSA is committed to expanding funding opportunities to student organizations and providing transparency on rules used to make financial determinations. 

    Whereas, GPSA moves to ensure that requests for placement within appropriate selection tiers are streamlined for greater efficiency. 

    Be it therefore resolved, that the GPSA Funding Guidelines be updated to reflect the current procedures of the GPSAFC.
