I hope you are well. It is my pleasure to convey to you SA Resolution #39: Zoom Live Transcript Implementation Request.
This resolution calls for the use of automatic live transcription (closed captioning) feature on all applicable academic zoom meetings to better accommodate students through the current and possible future online/remote learning period.

Office of Ethics
The mission of the Office of Ethics shall be to pursue any necessary ethics concerns of Assembly members and directly elected undergraduate representatives to the UA. The Office will evaluate all requests submitted by community members that are against any Assembly members, Assembly committees, or directly elected undergraduate representatives of the UA. The Office of Ethics shall be affiliated as an independent office of the Cornell Student Assembly.

Dear President Pollack,
It is my pleasure to convey to you SA Resolution #40: Spring Festival Gala Special Funding Project.
This resolution approves $5,000 of Special Projects Funding to the Cornell Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) for their Spring Festival Gala to promote the value of diversity and cultural inclusion.
The resolution was adopted by the assembly by a vote of 24-0-4.
