The Employee Assembly invites all Cornell staff to attend the annual President's Address to Staff.

President Michael Kotlikoff will deliver the President’s Address to Staff on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2026, from 12-1 p.m in G10 Biotech. His remarks will be followed by a Q&A period. 

Dear Cat,   As you know, Joe Anderson conveyed to me Resolution 47: Guaranteeing Centralized Housing for All Transfer Students. I appreciate the Student Assembly’s desire to address the needs of Cornell’s transfer student community. It is the hope and intent of Student and Campus Life administration to fulfill all housing applications submitted by transfer students once the North Campus Residential Expansion is complete.

Dear Cat,   My thanks to Joe Anderson for conveying to me Student Assembly Resolution 48: Calling for the Extension of Cornell Health Services to Students Forcibly Withdrawn from the University for Non-Disciplinary Matters. I appreciate the Student Assembly’s concern for these students but do want to note that state laws may limit our ability to provide services to people who are no longer considered students.
