Abstract: The purpose of the resolution is to formally institutionalize the Core Values of Cornell, developed collectively by the Faculty, Student, Administration, and Staff as a community Compact. This will then serve to clarify expectations of community interaction at Cornell and enable agency for those wishing to become members of the community.

UA R1 (2025-2026): Resolution Regarding Proposed Student Code of Conduct Reform

Abstract: This resolution addresses proposed changes to the student code of conduct, and communicates the sense of the University Assembly that revisions to the Code should provide greater protections for students in the use of temporary or emergency suspensions, greater independence of the process from central administration, and retain a clear and convincing standard of proof.

EA R3 (2025-2026): Amending the Employee Assembly Bylaws to reflect current operating procedure

Abstract: Resolution to amend the Employee Assembly Bylaws to reflect minor changes in operating procedures, update references to leadership roles to current titles, formalize the Committe of the Employee Assembly Priority Poll Ad Hoc committee charge, and add the option for ex-officio members to join standing committees.
