GPSA R17 (2021-2022): Accepted by the President

Dear Preston,   Thank you for sending the Graduate and Professional Student Assembly Resolution #17: Amending GPSA Election Procedures.   Your efforts to create more equitable participation in shared governance by opening elections to all graduate and professional student body members for GPSA officers and Voting Members is commendable. In order for the GPSA to proceed with its plan for elections the week of May 2, I am “conditionally approving” this resolution.

SA R49 (2021-2022): Acknowledged by the President

Dear Anuli,   Thank you for conveying to me SA Resolution #49: Cornell Civic Holiday.   I acknowledge the resolution, and I appreciate the Assembly’s interest in encouraging service and civic engagement in our community. At the present, Cornell employees are provided with up to three hours away from work to vote if needed. As polls are open very early and very late, we don’t often hear from employees that they are having difficulty getting to the polls.

SA R53 (2021-2022): Acknowledged by the President

Dear Anuli,   Thank you for conveying to me SA Resolution #53: Expanding Printer Access on North Campus.   CIT is currently working to expand printer access on North Campus. As you referenced, new printers in Ganędagǫ: Hall were installed recently, and CU Print is adding additional printers to Clara Dickson Hall as well.
