UA R14 (2020-2021): Conveyed to the President
Hi President Pollack,
It is my pleasure to convey to you UA R14: Calling on the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA) to divest funds from all fossil fuel holdings and agribusiness practices associated with deforestation and human rights abuses. Recognizing the work the university has done in making the campus a more sustainable place, this resolution outlines the appropriate issues associated with TIAA and then serves as an avenue to support and advocate for the divestment of TIAA funds from all fossil fuel investment/holdings.
