Dear President Pollack,   It is my pleasure to convey GPSA Resolution 9: Extending Voting Membership to Standing Committee Chairpersons. This resolution amends the GPSA Charter to grant ex officio Voting Membership to the chairpersons of the GPSA standing committees. Previously, our committee chairpersons did not possess voting rights, unless those persons were also voting members.

Staff want to find continued ways to support the diverse population and engage in community building: How do we engage in difficult conversations with those around us, in a respectful and productive manner, especially when we share differing and perhaps emotionally charged perspectives?
