Dear Cat,   Thank you for conveying to me Resolution 29: Extension to Good Samaritan Laws. I acknowledge receipt of this resolution, and would like to note that Cornell does not have the power to expand the state’s Good Samaritan Law as that is a matter for state government. Cornell does have a Good Samaritan Protocol, which is similar to New York State’s Good Samaritan Law, and applies to university policies.
