Whereas, the Cornell Greek Community is a 501(c)(7) non-profit account, shared by the Interfraternity Council (IFC), the Panhellenic Council (PHC), and the Multicultural Greek Fraternal Council (MGFC),
Whereas, the Cornell Greek Community account totaled approximately $695,000 in 2024, according to publicly available information,
Whereas, the last tax filing for the Cornell Greek Community was from fiscal year ending in June 2024,

Abstract: This resolution transfers $60,000 to the Multicultural Greek Fraternal Council (MGFC), contingent upon the passage of the Resolution 65.
