I would like to convey Resolution 50: Revision to Appendix B of the Student Assembly Charter to you.

This resolution is sponsored by the VP for Finance, Matt Stefanko. The resolution seeks to update Appendix B of our Charter. Appendix B is responsible for regulating the Student Activity Fee and ensures byline funded organizations spend their allocation responsibly. The attachment to the resolution outlines the minor adjustments to ensure better operational efficiency and productivity for Cornell students.

I am in receipt of SA Resolution #48, “Ban the Box.” SA Resolution #48 recommends removing the box that asks about felony convictions from the job applications and further recommends that the university inquire about criminal histories during a background check after a conditional offer of employment is extended.
