Dear Acting President Kotlikoff, It is my duty to convey to you GPSA Resolution 5: Sense of the Body Concerning the College of Business. I apologize for my delay in conveying this resolution, I felt it appropriate to wait some time out of respect to President Garrett. This resolution states our formal protest to the process by which the College of Business was created. While not commenting on the decision itself, this resolution expresses how we felt the process was undemocratic and against the principals of shared governance.

I also support your request to forward the Resolution of Recognition to the appropriate deans, vice presidents and vice provosts so that those listed can be appropriately acknowledged.

I support the appointment of the students, staff, and faculty named in the resolution to the University Hearing and Review Board (UHRB) for the terms specified, excluding lines 34 through 47 and lines 69 through 73 of UA Resolution 10, based on my rejection of UA Resolution 9.
