SA R29 (2014-2015): Deferred by the President

Dear Joseph,

Thank you for your email. I appreciate the additional context for the Student Assembly resolution. However, as mentioned in my email to Sarah, Interim Provost Katz will be discussing the concerns with the deans in an upcoming meeting and will give renewed consideration to your request.

I will respond with the outcome of that discussion once it has taken place.

Regards,

David Skorton

SA R32 (2014-2015): Amended

Line 61, add: "If the SA votes by a margin of 80% of more of voting members to NOT hold the referendum, the referendum is suspended. If the SA votes by simple majority but less than 80% of the vote..."

SA R33 (2014-2015): Returned by the President

Dear Sarah,

Thank you for sharing with me Resolution 33, Bias Incident Accountability, calling for review of the university’s bias reporting procedures. I apologize for the delay in responding, this slipped through the cracks with all of the transition underway.

While I strongly support our mutual efforts to enhance “student-administration communication,” I am returning Resolution 33 for reconsideration.

SA R40 (2014-2015): Amended

Added: "Be it finally resolved, that after a semester of gathering comments any necessary changes be made to the event registration process for continual improvement "
