GPSA R3 (2014-2015): Acknowledged by the President

Dear Richard:

Thank you for the warm and constructive welcome message to incoming president Elizabeth Garrett in GPSA Resolution 3. I was delighted to share a copy of it with Beth and I have conveyed my strong support for principles that you outlined. Over the coming seven months President-elect Garrett will be familiarizing herself with many facets of Cornell. Working closely with the student assemblies will provide her with key insights into the needs and ideals of Cornell’s diverse student community.

SA R17 (2014-2015): Acknowledged by the President

Dear Sarah,

Thank you for informing me of the appeals filed by the multiple organizations discussed in Resolution 17, 2014 SAFC Allocation Appeals. I appreciate the thorough review done by the Student Assembly Finance Commission and the Student Assembly, and am glad to see the level of consideration taken in distributing funds.

Regards,

David

SA R18 (2014-2015): Acknowledged by the President

Dear Sarah,

Thank you for sharing Resolutions 15 and 18, informing me of special project funding provided by the Student Assembly. It appears that the Student Assembly considered each of these projects carefully, and that the EzRoots performance was well worth the additional expenses. Events such as that are very important to the student body – thank you for supporting it. I hope that the Ivy Leadership Summit is equally successful.

Regards,

David

Dear Sarah,

Thank you for sharing Resolution 14, Repealing Odd/Even in the 4th Ward, with me. Parking is a constant struggle both on and off campus, and I am pleased to see Cornell students work to find a solution while collaborating with city officials. I appreciate hearing this recommendation and look forward to seeing it unfold.

SA R7 (2014-2015): Acknowledged by the President

Dear Sarah,

Regards,

David
