Application Process:

You must do these 7 things prior to becoming a candidate:

  1. Review the details for the open position 
  2. Review the Election Rules to ensure your eligibility.
  3. Complete the online registration form.
    1. Include a 1250 character Candidate Statement
    2. Attach a photo (or have one taken of you)
  4. Gather Petition Signatures (review petition requirements for each positions listed above.)
  5. Attend the mandatory campaign meeting.
  6. Attend at least one Student Assembly meeting.
  7. Apply for at least one Student Assembly Committee through the online committee form

  • Candidate Information Session #1 - March 6th, 2018 @ 5:00pm - RPC Multipurpose Room (218)
  • Candidate Information Session #2 - March 8th, 2018 @ 6:45 - WSH Memorial Room
  • Deadline for Election Registration - March 13th, 2018 @ 12:00pm (noon) on-line registration form and completed petitions submitted to 109 Day Hall
  • Mandatory Campaigning Meeting - March 13th, 2018 @ 5:00-6:30pm - WSH Memorial Room
  • Campaigning Begins - March 13th, 2018 @ 11:59pm
  • President & Executive Vice President Debate - March 21st, 2018 @ 7:30-9:00pm - Klarman Hall Auditorium
  • Candidate Forum - March 22nd, 2018 @ 6:45-7:45pm - 251 Malott Hall *please note that this is a location change as of 3/19/2018
  • Voting Begins! March 26th, 2018 @ 12:00pm (noon)
  • Voting Ends - March 28th, 2018 @2:00pm 
  • Challenge Forms and Expense Reports Due - March 28th, 2018 @ 4:00pm - 109 Day Hall
  • Challenge Hearings - evening of March 28th, 2018
  • Earliest Results Will Be Announced - March 29th, 2018 @ 10:00am
