Dear President Pollack,

It is with my greatest pleasure that I present to you Resolution 20: Amendments to Article IV of the Charter. This charter amendment makes numerous changes including but not limited to the clarification of language and additional undesignated seats to represent increased enrollment size.

The vote count was 18-1-2.
