Dear President Pollack,
On behalf of the Employee Assembly, I am pleased to formally convey EA Resolution 3: /resolutions/ea-r3-transfer-representation-cu-academic-titleholders. This resolution endorses the recommendation of the Committee on Academic Titleholder Representation (Appendix A) and if further approved would lead to the transfer of representation of university academic titleholders from the Employee Assembly to the Faculty Senate. Good evening President Pollack,
I would like to convey Resolution 19: In Opposition to the Department of Education's Proposed Title IX Changes.
This Resolution condemns the changes proposed by the Department of Education regarding Title IX and urges the Cornell Student Body to partake in the 60-day commenting period.
