SA R3 (2017-2018): Conveyed to the President

Dear President Pollack,

I would like to convey Resolution 3: Approving the Student Assembly Budget to you, along with Appendix A for reference.

This resolution approves the Student Assembly budget as outlined in Appendix A, crafted by our Vice President of Finance, Gabriel D. Kaufman.

SA R5 (2017-2018): Conveyed to the President

Dear President Pollack,

It is my pleasure to convey Resolution 5: Approval of the Fall 2017 Elections Rules to you, along with the Elections Rules itself. 

The Elections Rules link makes clear which changes were made. Most changes had to do with clarifying language of the document.

GPSA R4 (2017-2018): Conveyed to the President

Dear President Pollack,

It is my pleasure to convey to you Resolution 4: Condemning​ ​Hate​ ​Crimes​ ​and​ ​Hate​ ​Speech, and​ ​Supporting​ ​Students. This resolution affirms the Graduate and Professional Student Assembly’s solidarity with the Cornell community and requests the appropriate considerations and additions to the Campus Code of Conduct through the University Assembly Codes and Judicial Committee.

SA R41 (2016-2017): Accepted by the President

Dear Jordan,

Thank you for endorsing the resolution passed by the Employee Assembly that also was conveyed to me by the Graduate and Professional Student Assembly and the University Assembly. 

Cornell’s compliance with The Americans with Disabilities Act is key to this ongoing effort. Accessible information technology, which includes web accessibility, is one of the two focus areas of the 2016-19 Strategic Access Plan led by the university’s ADA Coordinator Team.

EA R3 (2017-2018): Conveyed to the President

Dear President Pollack,

Happy Inauguration Day! I would like to formally convey EA Resolution 3: In Support of the CARE Fund. This resolution was sponsored by Kevin Fitch, vice chair for operations.

SA R17 (2025-2026): Reinstating the A&S Peer Mentoring Program

Whereas, the College of Arts and Sciences is the largest college at Cornell University, with over 4,600 undergraduate students currently enrolled, and overall enrollment has been increasing in recent years;

Whereas, the College of Arts and Sciences Advising Department is dedicated to supporting “the academic, personal, and professional growth of all undergraduate students in the College of Arts & Sciences”;
