Dear President Kotlikoff,

It is my pleasure to convey to you SA R38: Increasing Outreach Requirements. This resolution amends our Charter to add a mandate for monthly outreach events as a part of each representative's duties. I hope for resolutions like this to set the Student Assembly on a path of continuous improvement and connectivity.
