I would like to convey Resolution 21: Attendance Bylaws Change to you. This resolution is sponsored by Jordan Berger (Parliamentarian).
The resolution seeks to clarify and standardize the attendance policy of the Student Assembly. The addition of Section 8 to the Bylaws clarifies absences and half absences, links outreach requirements to attendance, and links organizational meetings to attendance. The resolution was unanimously voted in favor.

Thank you for forwarding the Student Assembly’s report on recommendations for the byline funding cycle of 2016-2018, which sets the Student Activity Fee at $241. Thank you for providing the detailed report. I appreciate the thoroughness the members of the Student Assembly have given to this process. I accept this report as written, and will recommend the $241 as the Undergraduate Student Activity Fee when we submit our budget guideline to the Trustees in January.
