Whereas, in the weeks following the 2025 United States Presidential inauguration, several Executive Orders have been issued that adversely affect the rights and well-being of transgender and other LGBTQ+ individuals within the Cornell community. Notably: 

Whereas, GPSA’s Appendix A and Appendix B have not been updated in a wholistic and meaningful way for several years.

Whereas, a charge led by Dean Marla Love has been given to both the Undergraduate Student Assemby (SA) and GPSA to update their respective bylaws in non-fee setting years

Whereas, GPSA has neglected to fulfil said charge over the past years
